Distinction between Mk I and Mk II units

Why are there no separate pages for IMU 100 and IMU 120 sets? They have different power systems and features, despite being interoperable. The SMU 200 and SMU 220 sets have separate articles and they too are interoperable with one another (although of course the difference in in-service dates between the two SMU types is greater than for the IMU's). Then again there are only four 120's. SM247
