Renders a flag icon and wikilink to Papua New Guinea. This template is equivalent to {{flag|Papua New Guinea}}, but is named after the standard three letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code, IOC code, and FIFA code for Papua New Guinea as a shorthand editing convenience.
