Knowledge of the show
[edit]Hey Dudes, These people don't know anything about this show. 23:44, 1 December 2004 66.143.35.49
- Whoever wrote this site needs to look at the 3000 kids and parents that signed a petition to bring back a second installment of American Juniors. 14:40, 1 January 2005 Yesopenilno
Was their album released
[edit]Regarding whether their album was released, yes it was in Oct 2004, as an Amazon check will show. 23:22, 15 May 2005 68.197.107.71
Mike Love and the Juniors?
[edit]Can someone please go into more detail about the American Juniors kids "morphing" into Mike Love and the Juniors? The page links to Mike Love of the Beach Boys, and I doubt he cares about getting involved with them. There also is not enough detail provided about Stacie Orroco, Hillary Duff, etc. and their ties to this group. Jewel, Jackson Brown, AND Stacie Orroco from the same group? Did the AJ group join some large group of singing kids, like the old Kids Incorporated troupe? I think this needs to be elaborated on or cut out entirely. If it's just a dumb joke, then someone should have had more fun and included Big Mama Thornton or Liberace. --JamesB3 3 July 2005 12:52 (UTC)
- I believe it's all a prank, being done for the second time around by User:69.221.158.187. I told him/her to stop. Little effect, that seems to have. Wasted Time R 3 July 2005 13:04 (UTC)
Merge into American Idol article?
[edit]15:58, 6 December 2005 User:UrineForGas proposed that this article be merged into American Idol.
- This would be totally inappropriate. American Juniors was a different series, with a different set of rules, a different kind of contestant, different judges, etc. Standard Wikipedia usage is to create new articles for spinoff TV series. See the Law & Order articles, the CSI articles, etc. for examples. I've removed the merge proposal tag. Wasted Time R 16:30, 6 December 2005 (UTC)
For the discussion, see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Lucy Hale. --Rob 04:48, 3 May 2006 (UTC)
