• Delete. It was put on cleanup almost a fortnight ago and nobody seems interested in fixing it. Looks like an important speech historically, in which case the article could perhaps be stubified, but needs some verification first. Andrewa 13:27, 2 Apr 2004 (UTC)

• Move to wikisource. I already missed it there - it is quite an important speech, very relevant to the history of WW2. (The translation seems quite accurate, but I don't know if it is PD, either.) Marcika 02:38, Apr 5, 2004 (UTC).
