There are advancements in weaponized mind control techniques and methodologies that have rendered a true need to more openly discuss the once deniable aspects of clandestine civilian operations, due to the out-of-control nature of what has developed.

Concerns of National Security are trumped by concerns greater than International Security, there is a common threat developed that unites minds and has taken a turn for true danger to all of the cultures we know.

There is recoverability to any potential disclosures and their effects, however sensitive the matter may be.

A free-form system developed which is patterning reality to complex pattern with disastrous and intentional programming. This is presenting a series of events which is routinely showing the worst case scenarios as the very likely futures. Most timelines do not show well anymore due to this development in the veiled sciences.

This development went beyond the control of the parties involved and is now a self-proliferating force in existence.

The ability to openly discuss any sensitive matters must be coupled with a lack of retributive intentions, for that would delay the inevitable need to talk it out. The discussion itself could result in clearing up the threats presented by the new development's programming.

There is a noticed power over the system from truths. Which brings the need to help it sort itself from a truth-basis, which is currently in conflict due to many of the plausibly denied aspects of the clandestine forces of Earth interests.

Honestly, for the first time in history, the 100% truth may set us free from what's developed.
