After graduating from High School in Puerto Rico, Miguel Rosario decided to venture into new opportunities and experiences.
When he arrived in New York City in 1994 and decided to go to college, it was evident that he had to pursue his career without much support, and so he worked and studied full time to help satisfy his needs and fuel his dreams to reach his goals.
While studying journalism, he interned in different local newspapers, TV and radio stations. He also helped develop his own online publication called LaRumbaMusical.com and took it to the top spots of the best local Latin entertainment websites in New York City, earning acceptable reviews from local newspapers and international critics (CNN En Espanol).
During this time, he was still in college and during his last semester, he decided to go abroad and spent a whole semester studying in Italy.
There, all alone, not only did he study arts and Italian, he also realized that he was a survivor. Traveling to this European country also helped him develop a hunger for knowledge on other cultures.
Nowadays, Miguel Rosario is still pursuing his dream, covering local events for different publications in New York City and developing his own Website called miguelrosario.com.
