Nightbringer was born in the heady days following the successful Apollo 11 mission, and was consequently named in commemoration of that event.
Nightbringer's chief areas of interest and expertise, such as they are, include etymology, mythologies ancient and contemporary, the history and evolution of the English languages, obscure historical trivia, and the ideology of thought and the expression of the sublime, whatever that means.
Nightbringer lives in Oz (more commonly called Australia), is happily unmarried to a Linux freak, possesses a cat and an unkillable choko plant, and way too many books.
