OK, I've spend about an hour trying to track this down, without any success. What does this mean:
- The town has a legend that it received its name when retired Emperor Go-Toba stopped off in Kisa on the way to an island in the Sea of Japan after he was sent there by the government for instigating a rebellion.
Does "Kisa" have something to do with Go-Toba, the Sea of Japan, the island, rebellions, or what? func(talk) 18:33, 9 Nov 2004 (UTC)
