Stag Harbour is a designated place in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador . It is on Fogo Island within the Town of Fogo Island .

As a designated place in the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada , Stag Harbour recorded a population of 165 living in 70 of its 91 total private dwellings, a change of 2 (3.27 sq mi), it had a population density of 2 (50.4/sq mi) in 2016.[ 2]
