Philosopher

I'm interested to know how was he a philosopher and what is his contribution to the field? Sadkσ (talk is cheap) 13:27, 25 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Lawyer

I have removed a statement about Izetbegović being a lawyer. Besides graduating from a faculty of law, I don't see he ever practised law in his life, except being a defendant in a criminal proceeding. Thus, he doesn't fit the definiton of a lawyer - "one whose profession is to conduct lawsuits for clients or to advise as to legal rights and obligations in other matters". Imprisonment in 1946

There are two explanations for this. The first mentions his involvement in an organisation connected to the 13th WaffenSS division while the second makes the following claim, which i believe to be incorrect:

"Izetbegović was first arrested in 1946 aged twenty-one. He was sentenced to jail in various cases in a total for 8 years for his membership in an organization fighting for human rights and religious rights." 90.142.52.105 (talk) 08:15, 5 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
